Supply you with a notebook for your home with MLS Listing flyleafs, a plat and/or survey of your property, a Real Estate Disclosure doc., Home Warranty (Optional) & other info. that will aid Realtors and prospective Buyers in selecting your property

Communicate with you at least monthly regarding future marketing plans

Represent only you during the selling-purchasing process (Should I secure a Buyer, I shall have another Real Estate III Agent represent that Buyer)
My Promise to you the Buyer…

Provide you with a sampling of detached/single family homes, condominium-town homes or building sites that meet your requirements

Offer a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) of the property “sampling” furnished

Guide you through the selling-purchasing process, including price negotiation with almost daily communication

Once you accept the Seller’s offer, I’ll furnish you with a list of qualified Home Inspectors

Should the Home Inspector identify any repairs needed, I’ll provide you with a qualified professional to furnish us with a cost estimate to do the cited repair, which will then be submitted to the Seller by an “Agreed Repair Addendum” document

Having provided you with a list of Attorneys in the area to administer the Closing/Settlement, I’ll attend the Settlement to insure a positive Settlement

Continue to communicate with you until any Settlement issues are resolved
