• Identify home features that will improve the sale
• Establish a Marketing Plan to sell your property at the highest price possible and in the shortest time period
• Hold an Open House for area Realtors and for prospective Buyers
• Communicate with you at least monthly re marketing efforts
• I shall ONLY represent you as the Seller (Should I acquire the Buyer, I’ll have another Real Estate III Agent represent that Buyer)

My Promise to You the Buyer…

• Provide you with a sampling of detached/single family homes, condominium-town house or lots that meet your requirements and needs 
• Offer a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) of the property “sampling” furnished
• Guide you through the purchase process, including price negotiation…with frequent communications
• Once your offer has been accepted by the Seller, I’ll provide you with a list of qualified Home Inspectors
• After the “Agreed Repair Addendum” has been executed, I’ll assist you in obtaining a fair    settlement from the Seller (Escrowed monies) to address repairs approved by the Seller and provide contact information of repair professional(s) I've utilized in the past 
• Having provided a list of attorneys to administer Closing, I’ll attend the Closing/Settlement with you
• Continue to communicate with you until all purchase issues are resolved to your satisfaction.
